Q1 - What is Liftkaro all about?

Ans - Liftkaro is a "Try Before You Buy" platform where customers have the option to try products before making a purchase. Simply order the products and try them at home to determine if you like them before committing to buy.

Q2 - What if I don't like the product I ordered?

Ans - You can easily return the product with no additional charges applied.

Q3 - How much time is given for product trials?

Ans - Once you place an order, we'll deliver the product to you within the next 2 days through express delivery. Before sending the product, we'll ask for your preferred delivery time so that you can be available to try it. During the trial, you'll have a 15-minute window to inspect the product. If you like it, you can make the payment; otherwise, you can cancel it immediately without any charges.

Q4 - Can I order multiple products to try?

Ans - Yes, on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you can order up to 3 products simultaneously for trial and choose any of the products you like. There are no extra charges for multiple products.

Q5 - What if I encounter any issues with the product after trying it and making a payment?

Ans - If you are not satisfied with the product's quality, you can return it within 2 days from the date of delivery, and no charges will be applied. Please note that for products to be eligible for return, they must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. If the products are damaged or deteriorated, they may not be eligible for return.

Q6 - What if I won't be at home during the delivery?

Ans - We make every delivery attempt only after confirming the delivery timing with you. You can adjust it according to your availability.

Q7 - Can Liftkaro deliver products outside Delhi NCR?

Ans - No, currently, Liftkaro's "Try and Buy" service is available only in Delhi NCR, covering all regions of Delhi, including surrounding areas such as Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad.

Q8 - What if I don't want to pay online?

Ans - No worries! Currently, all payments are made through Cash on Delivery (COD) at the time of delivery. When the delivery person arrives, you can pay with cash or through Paytm/PhonePe.

Q9 - What are the quality standards of the products?

Ans - Liftkaro prioritizes top-quality products at the most affordable prices. We maintain high-quality standards, and we also provide customers with the opportunity to assess product quality by trying them on before purchasing.

Q10 - What types of brands are available on the platform?

Ans - Currently, all the products sold on our platform are manufactured and marketed by top Indian clothing manufacturers.

Ans - There is no minimum order value requirement. You can try products regardless of their price.

Q13 - How do I schedule a product trial?

Ans - There is no need to schedule a product for a trial. All the products ordered from the Liftkaro platform are available for trial before purchase.

Q14 - Can I purchase the product immediately after trying it, or do I have to place a separate order?

Ans - If you like the product after trying it, you can make the payment on the spot, and it will be considered a purchase. There's no need to place a separate order. You can also add additional products at the time of the trial if you want.

Q15 - What happens if the product I want to try is not available in my size?

Ans - We strive to offer a wide range of sizes for our products. For this, our executives always carry other sizes for your comfortable trial.

Q16 - Are there any restrictions on the number of times I can use the "Try Before You Buy" service?

Ans - There are no restrictions on how many times you can use the service. You can use it as often as you like.

Q17 - Can I try accessories or footwear through Liftkaro?

Ans - Currently, we primarily offer clothing for trial, but we are continuously expanding our product range. Please check our website for the latest updates on available categories.

Q18 - Is there a membership fee or subscription required to use Liftkaro's services?

Ans - Liftkaro's services are available to all customers without any membership fees or subscriptions. You can simply place an order and try the products.
